Biography
Santhosh VA, Ph.D., has two decades of experience in management education. He is also a trainer and consultant in Organizational Behavior, Psychology and Human Resource Management. He is a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming and is a trained professional in the field of Transactional Analysis, Emotional Intelligence and Counseling & Psychotherapy. He has published several articles in the area of behavioral science in reputed journals and has co-edited two books. He is currently working as Professor and Associate Dean at TKM Institute of Management, Kerala, India.
