Biography
Dr Manoj Pillai is Professor of Organisational Behaviour & Human Resources Management at T.K.M Institute of Management, Kerala. Dr Manoj’s research and teaching focus on Stress Management, Management of Behaviour at Work Place, Leadership Mindset, and Work Life Balance. Manoj was honoured by National Institute of Personnel Management (Trivandrum Chapter) for his outstanding contribution in Management education for 2019.
Manoj’s newest book is Trust & Values in Pharma Industry, and his first book was Stress Management in I.T Sector. He has published two edited study books on Performance Management & Change Management for the MBA programme offered by University of Kerala – School of Distance Education. Manoj has a distinguished record of publication in Scopus Indexed and University /UGC approved academic journals. He is also a Motivational Trainer and a consultant in the area of Strategy & HR and has contributed greatly in the implementation of Management course curriculum of University of Kerala.
